What Dicussions Can I Come Up With For You People To Respond To?

The best way to do it, is to talk about something you love and know about. There are millions of people in this world, and it sure does not mean that nobody would have anything in common with you. It is most guaranteed that someone is out there looking for someone who has a similar interest about a topic and would read it to broaden their knowledge of that interest. With that being my opinion, write about anything.

I checked your profile and say that you only have one friend in your list... so i suggest that you try to invite more... new discussion can easily get lost here... so for us to make them more visible is by having friends with a notify on alert in their email... this way, even if they are not logged on to mylot... they will still be able to read any discussion you start... and respond if they can relate to it...

hey there newbie. the best thing to do is talk about what ever you are interested in. TV, relationships, children, food what ever. go around and read other post and see what people are talking about and then you can get some ideas about what to post yourself. also, it's a great idea to put up a pic on avatar. i know people don't like to answer post of people with no pic

I am one who also doesn't get a large number of responses to the discussions that I start. I once started a discussion to ask the question of what people wanted to be when they grew up and I even answered the question myself. It got 17 responses before it was deleted for some unknown reason. Go ahead and try asking the same question to see what kind of results you will get.

Before starting a topic to discuss, start responding to those discussions that is of your interest. You will get an idea as to what and where people respond more. Create your own interest list and start answering all the queries that interest you. Then after some time you will get an idea as to what type of questions you could ask to get responses.
