For religious reasons, I do not drink coffee or tea. I do drink herbal tea. I also drink Coke or Dr Pepper. I only drink regular soda, not diet.
Today, many people are quitting coffee after all the research that is being done shows that it really is not good for you.
I see many women drinking diet soda. It has asparatame in it. Asparatame is proven to cause migraines and a host of other ailments.
Herbal tea is good for you. It is not made from the tea leaf. It is made from herbs.
So with all this new research, what are we supposed to drink?
Water??? Well you may want to research that as well. You may be surprised if you think you are drinking healthy water.
What do you drink?

I actually drink all of the liquids that you mentioned...coffee, tea, soda and water. Although I only drink soda in small quantities. I do drink diet soda, as I can't spare the calories that are in the regular ones! Some of the newer studies are finding some good benefits of coffee, of course in moderation. We have always known that tea has many good health benefits. I drink tea both hot and cold and both have the good benefits. But all told, water is by far what I drink the most. I enjoy water with a twist of lemon or lime!

I am a coffee person. I drink up to 3 cups of coffee the whole day. I want the varieties of it. With cream, with foam, with mint, etc. It keeps me alive the whole day & my digestion normal.

I like my coffee, and drink alot of iced tea. I have been trying to do away with soda, as I know I need to, as it is not good for us.

I know I was asked as soon as I stared Physical Therapy if I had drunk a lot of diet soda. I have tried them I did drink diet rite for awhile from this one diet I was on years ago. Other then that I have always drunk regular coke. I do drink more coffee then I should though. I also like herbal tea it seems to relax me at night.

I drink either water or green tea. That's about it. I don't like coffee, and I hardly ever drink soda. Occasionally I'll drink an orange or grape, or maybe rootbeer, but I don't like Coke or Pepsi and nothing with caffeine in it.
I drink water at work all day because we have water brought in from Culligan. It takes much better than regular bottled water and I don't waste the bottles!

I drink black coffee 5 out of the 7 mornings of the week. Then I drink diet soda and water during the rest of the day. I know that 2 of the 3 of these I shouldn't be drinking. But I can't help it. I enjoy the taste and the caffine (although not as effective as it used to be on me) helps also.
Although, think about this, of the 4 cities I have lived in in my life 2 of them were ranked #21 and #25 of the cities in America with the most arsenic content in their tap water per a study done around 2000.
I think I will take caffeine and sugar over arsenic thank you.

I like all the three but not at one time :). In the morning I prefer to have tea, sometimes at noon or when its too warm I feel like taking lemonade. Evenings I prefer to have coffee. I like fresh juices too.

I hate water. I know that I should drink more of it though.
Coke is my favorite, regular not diet. I don't like the taste of anything diet. I also like some juices. I drink both herbals teas and some coffee. I don't drink either one every day, but I do like them and will drink them sometimes.

I drink black coffee, tea, herbal teas, very rarely (one a month) soda. I bought some flavored drink packets to put in my bottled water that the school supplies, some with vitamins or other things, but I will use them up and not buy more. I do not like consuming that much artificial sweetener. I was told yesterday that if you ever have acid reflux, artificial sweeteners will make it worse. I do not think the benefits outweigh the risks and the harm.

i respect your beliefs, my friend. with concerns to water, not all water is beneficial for us specifically the distilled and purified because it is just plain liquid and the process have eliminated some vital bacteria and minerals that our body needs to keep us healthy. it is better to go for real mineral water taken from the mountain streams or ionized water.

I drink coffee the most, I like green tea and I drink water (bottled water) because your water is not fit to drink. I like hot choclate but never buy it because I don't need the calories and it has more cafine in it then coffee. I have heard some say they drink tea because they can't stand caffine but they say tea has more than coffee unless you drink herbal tea. Nost herbal tea is horrible tea as far as my taste buds go.

I prefer tea because it has antioxidant.
I usually drink green tea during lunch.
But i also drink coffee also, if i have so many projects and assignments to do. It makes me more concentrate.
I don't like soda...
