Karma do you love it or Hate it ?

Now some might not beleive in it some might agree with it , i think its well and alive among us...Now il tell you i had my fare share with Karma the dreaded "pay back" ..i got alot of it in High School but right now its slowing down...for now lol ...i Love Karma when i see someone else get it and its not towards me , like some people i know should deserve non-stop 24/7 Karma all day long because they get away with thing that i cant ( you can say its hate but you know someone just like this too ) ....and also does Karma come at the best or worst of times ? what are your thoughts..
