Smok is killing me

i m regular smoker. and smoke 2 or 3 packets daily. i cannot stop this. please help me to avoid the smoke

I have an Uncle who is also a chain smoker and was hospitalized twice already. I don't think he can last for many years. There is no best cure than Jesus Christ. Yes, know Him personally and He will be your helper. If you have Christ in your heart, you can exclaim: "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."

Danzer, that is true. I am a Christian, and I firmly believe in the power of Christ. HOWEVER, we cannot forget that sometimes God's help comes from doctors/medicine/nutrition.

It's in your mind tell yourself that you want to stop smoking,you can try to eat candy everytime you want to smoke. or go to doctor and ask them the remedy to stop smoking. you're still very younger do it as soon as possible
