why do people act strange in february

for the past 3 years the month of feb has been horrible for me from dodgin cops to havin my heart broken to havin the lakers lose its all bad why do people act so wierd during feb? and weather is no excuse hahah

That is just a belief.. If people are strange in February then something is wrong somewhere. I mean not generally speaking people are strange maybe theres some instances that you have encountered thats why you come up with a theory that people are strange in that certain month
