Having to have a Shoulder MRI and a Arthrogram

here's the story 10 years ago I was walking my dog and he pulled - and it pulled my shoulder out of place. You see a buldge - so I pushed on it, rotated my arm and it popped back in. - Since I was living at home - my step dad didnt believe me - Fast forward to now My shoulder constantly pops out - CONSTANTLY Quite Frankly its ANNOYING Well at the end of Jan it popped again. My husband pushed on the buldge and rotated my armm back and 'pop' it went back in - BUT the pain didnt go away. Now my shoulder hurts, a lot - and I do not like it. I went to an Ortho-Surgeon - he wants the MRI's done He thinks I have a Labral Tear Does anyone know of this kind of injury??? Anything?? I am tired of this pain :(
