Why do some people remain single for life?

Some people stay single because they are not meant to marry. There are lots of reasons why one never get married. One well-known reason is for experiencing a heartache. These people loved so much that the pain was unbearable when the break-up took place. They don't want to feel the pain once more that they closed their world for love. There are also noble purposes. I know one friend who opted to remain single to support the needs of his family. Fortunately, he is at ease being single and has done a lot for the family.

Maybe she was waiting for Mr. Right, he never came, and she wasn't willing to settle. Or maybe she wanted to pursue her own dreams which would have been interrupted or needed to change if she married. I won't settle either if it's not a person I adore you won't see this girl getting hitched.
