The effect of global warming on skin

I have found nowadays many people suffering with the hyperpigmentation, especially the people who are exposed to the sunlight frequently. I have notice a change in thier skin colour. It has turned black and I could able to spot it easiyly from others. I wonder this hyperpigmentation is because of global warming. What do guys think about it??? ?Sadanand
