Im graduating student of Master of Arts in Educational Management,Im too tired and stress with my thesis writing, dont know if i can march on march which i love to. Excited to wear the toga. But even doing the corrections its hard for me to do so and it takes time to submit to my adviser.. Do you think i can march? WOuld please adivse me how to fight against tiredness, lazyness, stress and lack of inspiration just to finish my degree. Thnks.

I know you will feel less stress if you can enhance your FOCUS on the desired OUTCOME which will propel you to take consistent action even if you are tired. You can also have breathing excercises which helps you to concentrate and feel better in addition to which have atleast two to three cup of Green tea per day and consume plenty of water to cope with your stress.
As each and every human being is unique in nature, you can evolve the best strategy for yourself.
