Stir fry ground beef with veggis and season it with garlic and soy sauce; serve it with some rice or noodles. :]

I call it Burger Boat. Chop an onion and fry slowly (not to burn) in a skillet. Add a minced clove of garlic, a can of cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper and let simmer. In the meantime, take a loaf of french bread and cut a V out of the loaf of bread, saving the bread that you take out of the center. (Looks kinda like a boat when you remove the center). Brush the inside of the boat with oil and place on a cookie sheet. Place the bread boat into a 300 degree oven with the door slightly ajar and let the boat heat up for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, break up the bread you scooped out of the inside of the boat and add it, along with a cup of water to the ground beef mixture. Now, take the ground beef mixture with the bread and water, (it will be thick now) and pour it inside the boat. Top with grated cheese of your choice and return it to the oven long enough for the cheese to melt. When the cheese is melted, remove and let cool a bit before you slice it, however thick you want. Top with extra cheese and chopped green onion. Voila'....Burger Boat......You can freeze this and heat it in the micorwave, although the microwave makes the bread a little tough. It's best to reheat in the oven. Yum Yum!

I'd love to hear them too. One thing I did recently was basically a beef fried rice. Browned up the hamburger, drained, added (cooked) rice and chopped vegetables, some seasoning, a couple eggs and I was done. My husband loved it!
