so we just bought this dress for my daughter. its for easter dinner. shes 14 months old, but very big for her age. we buy 18 month clothes for her, but i think they are starting to get to small LOL
so we got the dress in 18 months, i put it on her and i think its a little to small.. im pretty sure the style of the dress is supposed to be like a short party dress, but her diaper almost hangs out when she stands, and if she were to crawl you would defiantly see it. it does come with a diaper cover, and that makes me think its supposed to be like that. im afraid a 24 month or 2T would be to big, what do you guys think?? i attached a photo
OH and the shoes?? do you think they match? i think i need to get a brown shall or cardigan. they dont match to good because there is no brown in the dress, but she needs something on her arms because its WAY to cold around here for easter.

I don't see a picture. But I think bigger is usually better. Easter is still a month away, and she is still growing pretty fast. As long as the bigger size isn't huge or falling off her, go with that. Plus, if you need a pretty dress again in the next few months, it will probably still fit her for a while.

My daughter is 14 months she wears both 12 months and 18 months depending on the maker. For her Easter outfit I bought a 24 months. I put it on her the other day and I think its a little big right now but by then I think it will be ok. Anyway if I were you I would go with the 24 months. it wont hurt to be a little big

You could always buy the 24 months one too. Then try it on her and take back the one that you think doesn't fit well. Or keep the one that you think fits the best. That's a better way to say it.

I don't see the picture. I would probably buy the bigger size. A size too small, you can rarely make it work to fit. A size too big, you can always make it fit with a little sewing. If you can't sew, maybe a family member can take the extra material up, or take it to a dress shop. ( usually the best and cheapest route, if you have no idea what you are doing !!! LOL )

My baby is 18 months and still wearing 12 months pants but 24 months shirts. (I swear shes a midget!) but all my other kids were big for their ages. I say bigger is better. Go get a 24 months and see how it looks on her. You can always return the one that doesn't fit.
