on quitting my current job ....

Im currently working as credit analyst in one of the biggest credit bureaus in US but we are having lots of day offs nowadays because our US based company is sending us small amount of workload... I really am bothered on this and one thing more we are not compensated well. At first i thought because of the word CREDIT ANALYST we are compensated well all though we are here in the province and we received higher than the provincial rate still it can't satisfy our needs. My point here is we belong to a US based company and yet we receive only small salary. As i have heared in other companies like ours they are compensated well and they give all the benefits to their employees not like ours its a self centered management. Until i plan to quit this job and look for a replacement. Im planning to go to the city because they have a higher rate the problem is I cant save money because we are not well cmpesated as i've said. what will i do? this really bothers me a lot, im a single parent and my son will soon be going to school already and i dont have any single centavo for him to support his studies... hayyyyyy ....
