as if you were meeting them in person?
I belong to a few forums and on one of them, I saw a screen name, read one post she wrote and automatically disliked her. It was an "Oh, I don't like what she said"; more like I read her screen name and I hated her, just from a vibe off of her name. What she writes I really don't find that annoying.

i would never be able to judge a person by his or her name. what is in a name? the person does not change with a name.
a name is an identity to call someone. imagine if no body had a name how would you address any body. i would never judge anyone by their name. you may be suprised but the person may turn out to be real nice.

NO. A name is a name. I have run into weird ones, sexy ones, creative ones, and sme that were the person's exact name. Yet, I have never ran into that offended me. I think if a screen name offends you, you are reding to much into it. There are to many important things in life to let something as minor as screen name upset you. There may be one excpection, if the name has some racial slur in it; then maybe I could see it upsetting someone. Other than that, take a chill pill; it's not that serious.

Oh, I wasn't offended. I could careless about the name itself. It is more that feeling when you meet someone in person and you just hate them based off a feeling you get in your gut.
