Which type of books u like to read??

I like mystery books the best. Ones with someone being murdered and then we have to figure it out how and why and who did it. I also like romantic books, love stories, where there is almost always a happy ending. So my favourite book is a romantic mystery book. Where there is romanace along with the mystery. I also like to read humour books, jokes and such. I have a collection of Uncle John's bathroom readers. I have about 20 of them but I think there are more and I am missing some. They are books about jokes and trivia knowledge. They have very interesting short stories in them and they are great for reading while in the bathroom. Have you heard of them?

I love any kind of book that takes my interest in the write up on the back, but I do love a good horror and I like a good period book as well, I love gangster books and books with a bit of magic too them, at the minute I am reading a book by Barbara Erskine, she is very good.

I read many different kinds of books but I think love stories, mysteries and autobiographies are my favorites. I love the books of Janet Evanovich and Danielle Steele and there are other authors whose books I will buy when I see them out. I buy books all the time at second hand stores, garage and yard sales and occasionally on Amazon, if I am looking for something in particular. I have most of Danielle Steele's books in hard cover, but am trying to find 3 that I have loaned out and have combed the second hand shops for a year to find them.

i tend to veer towards more of romantic thrillers, mysteries and suspense. for me, so long as a little of romance is in the mix, then i usually basically like the book. i guess it's because though i'm not a romantic and showy person by nature, maybe it's because i'm not like this that i tend to like books of those nature.

i like to read anything , but mostly i read adventure books , some horror , some romance but not all the timee .

I love to read, I love anything mystery or suspense that keeps you hooked to the last page. But really I'll read anything except horror or science fiction. I raid my mom's bookshelf sometimes which is usually romance and sometimes you can't beat a good romance.

I tend to read the teenage mysteries like Harry Potter, Twilight. And also those good romance novels like the Notebook and Walk to Remember.

I like non-fiction books like biochemistry and the like. But for fiction, i prefer detective novel such as agatha christie, and arthur conan doyle-sherlock holmes, some funny novels, and japanese manga.

I read virtually anything that catches my interest... But I have to say that the only genres I have been reading consistently since I was able to read, are science fiction and xenofiction.

My favorites are suspense, murder mystery, sci fi, supernatural stuff. My favorite author ever is Dean Koontz. He never disappoints me. The man is a genius with suspense. My two favorite story lines that he writes are about the characters Christopher Snow (who has a disease called Xyroderma pigmentosum or XP for short) and Odd Thomas (who can see spirits from the afterlife that come to him to solve crimes that are about to happen which are interwoven into their own deaths).

im really into action horror type. but recently im reading a lot of Janet Evanovich's so my genre flip 360 from horror to action comedy!

I have only recently started to read crime and mystery books and I particularly enjoy a good psychological thriller. I used to read mainly non-fiction, biography and memoirs. I also enjoy literary fiction.

I also love reading and my favorite is technical books.It is very difficult to get enough time to read book in this fast life.

My favourite types of books are a tie between horror (Cliver Barker, Stephen King etc), classic horror (Edgar Allen Poe, Lovecraft etc) and spiritual self help books (Lama Surya Das) AND funny books like Christopher Moores books...LOL I can't pick ONE fav really because what I read any given day depends on what my mood is at that time ya know..

Go for action thrillers myself - like a hero battling overwhelming odds.

I really love to read all types of books. Books that entertain me very much. But I really love mystries and crime stories and detective stories too.
