which soaps do u like- reality based or drama???

At times I feel either laughter shows or chat shows are worth watching.the typical soap operas are too negative.Either there is the conniving daughter-in-law or a manipulative mother-in-law and other shady charaters out to wreak vengeance that life becomes one big turmoil.I wonder where is the education or entertainment value in all this given the day to day problems we all have to cope up with.

I used to watch passions till they took it to direct tv. I like the fact that it was based on the paranormal.
