How long did it take for you to 'Get Rich Quick'?

I'm just curious. How long has it taken you to achieve a substantial income from the PTC, surveys and other money making opportunities? Is your income growing monthly? If you were called out of town for a month or so, would your income continue to grow or would it stop the minute you're away from the computer? I read many posts from individuals looking for the next get rich quick opportunity, or are seeking referrals or link backs. If someone has been successful at it I'd be interested to know approximately how much you earn each month and how long it took you to get there and approximately how many hours a day you work at it. I'm trying to find out if any of these things really work. Thanks.
