What are your plans for this weekend?

It's Friday February 22, 2008. Another weekend is fast approaching, and I have very little planned. However, I'm more than alright with that fact, as it has been a crazy-busy couple of months for me.
I tend to hibernate in the winter months, and stay home on weekends with my children. I tend to get all caught up on laundry, enjoy trying to sleep in each morning, and pretty much just laze about, knowing I don't have to go anywhere. Once spring arrives, that will change, and I'll have the itch to get out and about more.
This weekend for me, will include the usual laundry, cooking, dishes, and some housework. I may also have company for dinner on Sunday afternoon, which I quite like, because that gives me more incentive to get even more housework completed. lol.
How about you? What are your plans for this weekend? Is there anything special going on? If so, what is it? Are you having a "usual" weekend for you? If so, what does that entail? Maybe sharing what we're all up to can give us some ideas on what we could better be doing with our time, or ideas on what to plan to do on upcoming weekends.:)

It seems that you have a busy plan for the weekend. Unfortunately this weekend we have nothing interesting to do. As my son has a little diarrhea. We stay at home and play with him. I hope he will recover soon so that we can have fun next weekend.

Oh dear.. I hope your son gets well soon. It's not fun when a weekend gets put on hold because someone is ill. :(

Hello dear friend. It is Saturday today, but we are working today and tomorrow because of our special schedule. But I think that I will go and pay a visit to my good friend in the evening tomorrow when I am free. I am sure that we will have a good time to see each other as we have not seen each other for half a year. Happy weekend.

I take it that the fabric store is a really good one... I've seen some of your recent work in some posts you've made... you have quite a talent! :)
As for the movie you'll be watching with your kids, I haven't heard of it, but that title certainly doesn't sound very kid friendly! ROFLMAO!!! (ok...it's just that my mind is mostly in the gutter.. I can live with that ;) ).

Nothing specific to plan about, but I guess I could pull one out for the family to enjoy!;)
My place is starting to get some sun, after weeks of experiencing cloudy and wind chills with occasional rains pouring. Aside from the usual routine, I'm considering of having a family barbeque party. I'm going to prepare some dishes all by myself, I'd also make it a very special one!;)
Usually, our weekend are composed of general house-cleaning and a night's out with friends..

I can hardly wait until it's warm enough for bbq's where I am. However, there is still snow on the ground, and at least a few more weeks to go before it will all start to melt away.

My plans include a little laundry, a little work and a little racing. I have laundry that I will get done between this evening and tomorrow morning. I need to go up and shampoo the carpets in the rental. And then Sunday I'll rest and watch the race.

Since I have my granddaughter with me I'm going to be babysitting until my daughter picks her up hopefully on Sunday...lol. I love my granddaughter but a week is a bit much for me. My daughter worked all week so I told her to go out this weekend with her bf and enjoy herself. A couple of more days won't kill me!

This weekend I have a meeting for a new part time job that I will be starting at the end of the month. And after that I will be heading to a baby shower. I am a little upset though. Because of the meeting I will be a little late to the shower. So I won't be able to be there for the surprise part. :( At night I will probably be here, on mylot. Sunday I will be going to church and doing something with my sister...probably be eating somewhere.

I used to have my "weekends" on weekdays. That really does change a family's life. Good luck on finding out what's wrong with your shoulder.
