I am planning to buy a new laptop in a few weeks time because my current laptop is nearly NINE years old and the only thing that will run on it is Puppy Linux. The other week the modem port broke so I can't even access the internet on it anymore. So, time for a new one!
Anyway, I am a big fan of the Sims 2 and have all the expansion packs and nearly all the stuff packs installed on this PC. So, it would be nice to be able to run it on my new laptop too. I know that Sims 2 is not officially supported for laptop users and EA would like people to buy Sims Life Stories instead, but I would really rather play the game I already have. My question is, have you succeeded in getting the Sims 2 running on your laptop, and if so what make and model is your laptop?

me as I haveare very well configured computer with a nice graphic card and so I don't think they'll face any problem running that the game on my computer. There was a time when I had to see a lot of things before buying a game because the computer which I was using was not that will configured but now I guess I have one of the best configurations are available in the market and so I don't have to take any attention, which game will run on my computer and which will not I can just go and buy in a dam game and can make sure that it will run on my computer.

Yes but what make and model is your laptop? It's not enough to say it is well configured, I can't really tell anything from that.
