Juveniles

Do you think that juveniles should be allowed to get the death penalty? I am against it. My reason is because juveniles don't really think through their actions. They just act and think later. So to me they should not receive such a horrific penalty, for not being able to think like adults. Also if they are too young drink, smoke and vote. Then they should also be too young to execute.

I say that if you are old enough to know you are committing a crime you have to pay the consequences. Penalties are not stiff enough for any offender in the U.S. including juveniles. Maybe if we gave juveniles some positive things to do instead of leaving them to their own devices all the time there would not be so many of them committing serious crimes.
