Bedsores, muscle deficiency, horrible morning breath, eventually they'd pull her plug I guess.........

She would stay asleep. As would her family. The king and queen. The entire kingdom. In such a state, stay young and beautiful. No handsome prince. No waking kiss. Pretty boring story if it happend that way.
