Each of us was born with courage. We had to have courage to learn all the things that we needed to learn in such a short time. Think about it, we learned to walk, talk, eat, comprehend others, follow rules and such. It took a lot of courage.
As we age, some of us loose that courage. When we loose it, it can cause much stress in our lives, thus adapting our health into various stages of illnesses even mental illness. We each have various degrees of courage and we each use it to varing degrees in our lives.
Do you have courage?

I agree. I think it depends on the person as to what kind and when they have courage

Courage, to me, is nothing more than doing the right thing when you see what needs to be done. It's about overcoming your fear and taking action despite your fears. I'm sure that any soldier who's ever been in battle has had to do it. To your point, many of us have had to use our courage in situations like dealing with our illnesses, which is not such an obvious display of courage. There are many courageous people around us all the time, we just don't know it.

I don't know if I have courage, but I tend to be able to do what needs to be done when I have to, and decide what needs to be decided when I have to.
I react about it later.
In regards to your discussion I feel that even more than loosing courage, people sometimes encounter so many difficulties that they get feel frustrated and often enter into some sort of apathy.

we all do have courage within ourselves but i guess...the more encouragement we get from outside force( from peole sorround us like friends, bf/gf and family), the more we courageous we will be and stronger we will be to face all challenges in
life.

I don't see myself as some kind of Lara Croft, tomb raider type person but I do know that if someones being mistreated I will stand up and fight for them even at the risk of hurting myself.
My Nephew once had a bruise on his leg b/c his dad (my oldest Brother) spanked him with a belt and hit his leg. My Brother wouldn't talk to me about it and told me they were his kids and he could do what he wanted. I turned him in. I could not do nothing knowing what was going on. It cost me 2 years of not being able to see my Niece and Nephew but at least they knew that I will stand up for them regardless of the cost.
