Tenderloin

I have some pork tenderloin in the fridge that needs to be fixed by tomorrow, but I would like something a bit different to mix things up. I've tried a few recipes in the past but found nothing my family likes so far. How does everyone else prepare theirs? If possible, ideas without onions or mushrooms. I'm the only one in the house that will eat the stuff. Otherwise I have to fine chop everything and try to hide it so no one knows. *sigh*
