Love Me For A Reason...

Isn't it up to his girlfriend to choose the right guy for her? Does she love him? If so, the money issue won't matter to her. And I think she could , with some time,get her parents to like him too. As long as she loves him and treats her right, they should be okay. On the other hand, if she Must marry whomever her family chooses there is a huge problem.There isn't anything legally your friend can do to get more money really fast. So it may end badly. Either way, all you can do is be there for him. Be the friend he can talk to. that's all you can do.

A lot of relationships are like that but its just a matter of proving oneself being worthy of the girl. A lot of parents too would think that no one is good enough for their daughter or could make their daughter happy. So just tell your friend to continue to show his love to the girl and do the best that he can do to give the girl the life that she deserves. Even if its not a rich life, but make it a life that is full of love and happiness. In time, when parents see how happy their daughter is, then they would finally accept him.

To me this is sad. her parents should accept her boyfriend for who hw is not if he has money or not. If she is in love with him I hope she tells her parents that money doesn't matter to her just how she feels about him.
