MURDER!!! 13 month baby shot 2 times in the face!, what to do with the KILLER?

What is your gut rsponse to this hideous outragious crime,this poor baby innocent as can be sitting strapped in his carseat, blown their face of the earth, ...............and for what?tell me, any one WHY???????????????????

oh my! that news sounds terrible. Those who do this hideous crime must be having serious mental illness, but i n this case i feel the person who committed this crime deserves no mercy again the question is what can we do to prevent our society and values getting downgraded to this extend! The actions need to be taken at the top and not the bottom.

Thank you for this response, I personally myself do not know what I would do as a father, if someone would do this to my baby!!!!!............ you are not allowed to kill anyone, but at that moment when you loose your cool and would see this guy in the court-room, oh boy............?
