Hi My 21 year old is at uni too and believe me that the partying will be going on there not at yours unless she doesn't live in and is near enough to stay home and go. On home sleepovers it tends to be more girlie DVDs chocolate snacks and giggling and then the following day pampering sessions, nails, hair, make-up. I always make sure I have lots of pizza in freezer or take-out menus available, bottled water and extra sleeping bags. Good Luck. Ellie :D

It's at home. I'm picking her up on Friday and when we get back, bedlam will have been established here. It will be girls on Friday and they're being joined by "some" boys on Saturday. Parties I can cope with, it's the fact that I've only just been told (her mother's known for days. I've been told apparently, but I don't remember it.) that I am struggling with. I am also precious about the fact that we've just had the house decorated. Now if they all wear mittens...

You were probably told about it while you were engrossed in something else and you probably grunted a sound which was taken as yes thats fine and now the big day is nearly here. (men are from Mars, Women are from Venus thing) I am sure it will be fine and you are panicing needlessly. It is refreshing to know that your daughter wants to share her friends with you and introduce you to her friends. Mine do but I know a lot that don't. Relax and enjoy. Ellie :D
