Over the past several years we have heard how Bush lied about WMD's and how the Iraq War was over oil for his "Rich Buddies" so that they could get even richer.
I have just found statements that indicate why we are really there by some of the people who now say that Bush lied to them about WMD's and tricked them into voting to approve the invasion.

It is obvious that someone is lying, but these words prove beyond any doubt that it was not Bush.
Pay particular attention to Pelosi's statement... and for those who think that if Gore would have won that things would now
be different.... well he had a statement as well.
It is time to face facts... regardless of who won in 2000, we were going to Iraq.
This also helps to show that all of the opposition to the war in Iraq by the clinically insane liberals is merely politically motivated.
If Bush was a democrat instead of a republican, the liberals would be all for it.
This also shows that the liberals are the ones who have been lying to the American people.

I read the link. You are completely correct. I even wrote a long response agreeing with you. However, I have deleted it. I did this because the facts are clear enough for any informed thinking person. Thank you for the link.

Informed thinking person is the key phrase here, and from what I have seen so far there is a dearth of those.
The liberal ones that do actually try to think usually fall flat on their faces during the attempt.
Such is life.
