sure thing you will in here. So many mylot members that can possibly help you with it.
It must really be hard on your part to be in an alien speaking world huh..? don't worry, it'll be ok. just study and don't be shy to express your feelings here.
In my part, I wanted to be in a French speaking community hehehe.. I don't know, I'm quite curious about their culture, their language and everything actually and I wanted to know everything about it.

i believe so dear matcargo. but i think you can't only depend on frommylot forum. you might able to add your vocabulary in here at least passive skill in english which is writing. but for active skill you should have partner to exercise your speaking. however, lots of discussion in here doesn't need good grammar so you should be aware about this one too. hey congratulation of your workplace :)

Hello, it is possible that participating on Mylot will help you with mastering the English language, but that is not guaranteed. If you are serious about improving, I would suggest that at the end of each discussion you post you ask for comments about your writing and grammar. There are a lot of people here that do not speak English as their first language, so we tend to ignore mistakes in grammar and spelling unless asked to critique something. I would also suggest that you try to connect with a few members that are native English speakers - people from the US, Canada, UK, Australia - and read their posts. Good luck to you!
