How do you make a "Foaming Monster?" Our daughter made one in school.....

Does anyone know how to make a science experiment called a "Foaming Monster"? Our daughter is in 2nd grade, and made one in school. She really wants to make one again. Her schoool had sent home a paper with a website to go to www.pbskids.org to get the ingredients, etc for the experiment, but the "Foaming Monster" experiment is not on their website anymore... All we know is that it involves baking soda and vinegar with food coloring, but there is supposedly at least one more ingredient. When you have the right ingredients, and put them all together in a paper cup, it rises way up above the cup rim and dries, and looks almost like styrofoam. Thanks!
