Body Odor

OK - this is weird...but I wonder if anyone else has had a similar experience. I have been using a nutrional cleansing system (Isagenix) since June. Since then, my body odor has pretty much disappear. This weekend, I have 'gone wild' and not used the products at all and ate/drank whatever I wanted. This is only for 1.5 days but I notice that my body odor has change dramatically. I feel really stinky!! Has anyone else had this kind of experience...where changing your eating habits have changed your body odor?

Any herbs and spices you use are apparent in your body odor, and yes, I believe that if you eat things that are not good for you, you will also have a lot of body odor. Some people eat too much fat and sugar and their body odor reflects that. How long will it take you to normalize back on your nutritional system? How do you feel?

I am going back on the program tomorrow. I'll let you know how long it takes to feel good again and not be so sluggish. I thought perhaps my results from Isagenix were a placebo effect (as my so-supportive husband tries to tell me). I wanted to do a little 'test' and figureed this weekend away from home was a good time to do it. I'll keep you up to date.

OK - so I've been incommunicado for a week. I got back to my nutrition and cleansing system on Tuesday and WOW! What difference it made. I was wondering if the whole toxin this was a load of ** but I can see now that it is certainly not. Not only is the nasty body odor gone but my energy level is way up - like it was prior to my indulgence. I'm so glad I did this! Now have one more reason why this system is the right one for me.

First of all I have writtend down the name of Isagenix, as I would like to try it. Because of my residential locale, I am not privvy to "chemical-laden" Fast Foods(no outlets within 3 hrs) but when I do go to a metropolis & break down & mistreat myself with Fast Foods, I do (later) notice that my body odor changes dramatically. It's almost like I can smell all those chemicals emitting from my pores. I do not use packaged foods, of any form at home either.

Great! My Isa website is lautz_tm.isagenix.com. It's a great product. The wierd thing is I haven't been eating anything really bad - no fast food, no processed foods - as I agree with you that they are really bad for you. I've just not been using the cleansing products and eating things like....a whole loaf of bread in one day! It was organic kalamata olive but still... I also ate cow's cheese (which I rarely do...I go for mostly goat or sheep when I eat cheese) OH - and I did have champagne & saki over the last two days. I tried to balance that with TONS of water though. I am just finding it amazing how incredibly stinkin I am...at least to myself. I also feel kind of sluggish. I guess this is a good experiment to see if the cleansing has been making a big difference other the the obvious weight loss. OK - GROSS ALERT - even my b.m.'s are stinkier ...super stinky and nasty. Sorry! Thanks for the input!

Didn't take you long to hit the nail on the head, did it, my girl! You will find that the chemicals/bleaches/emulsifiers used in the fermenting of those delightful beverages will definitely had adverse odors. Especially when your system has been free of them! Oh well...just a little reminder of the fun you had during consumption. You have a wonderful day, now! p.s Any form of cheeses, will also change body odors, because of the good bacterias doing their jobs.

Well yes, there are some foods that causes for our body to emit body fluids that could cause body odor. But I believe that this depends, since we also have different body conditions like the rate of our metabolism. There are moments that I smell that way, so I basically try to adjust on my hygiene and my ways keeping myself clean.
