14 year old owns Pacific Clicks and Scammed

If you are a member of pacificclicks.com, or ptc member, you need to read this:
Hello i want to inform everyone that i did not ditch, bail, run away with PacificClicks.com i am coming back i was scammed by the person i bought the site form That person i bought the site from would be Jeffrey Johnson he is probably the biggest PTC owner out there and he took me down because i was supposedly using 70% CPU of his server and i am only 14 years old first off being 14 years old doesn't mean jack! the owner of Fast.sc, Myrealcash, Paidtoclick is owned by a 14 year old just like me.

Reading the whole topic at this moment,
I got to say that this a real annoying way to scam people,
Almost every site asks for your age before you sign up, if he didn't do it and then a 14 year old signs up then actually he can't do anything against it, and the fact that JJ scams is another bad point,
I've got to say that the 14 year old got a point...
