Do you go to gym?

I do go to gym as iam thin and under a weight gaining pregram. I love to work out in the gym. Its like an addiction. Its like with every workout you get a little stronger. Do you go to gym? If you do then which is your favorite exercise? If you donot go to gyming then hoe do you keep healthy?

First of all, a heavy hi to you ANSHAV! Well, I was also like you my freind, thin and under weighted. I have been going to gym since last one and a half year. I have gained around 20 kgs of weight in this time. I was very thin amd slim in my school days. I wanted to join gym even more earlier but my studies and school pressure stopped me from doing that. Then, I joined the gym when I finished my school and started my college. Now, I am pretty happy with the result as I have built a good shaped and muscular body..... Earlier, everyone used to tease me saying I am very weak and under weight but now everyone appriciates my well built and tonned body. If you would ask me, its easier to gain weight that to lose. I have gained nearly 20 kilograms of weight in one year. If you get a good trainer in the gym and you are serious about body building and gaining weight, then its not a tough job. You should maintain your diet properly and be regular to gym to gain healthy weight. If you would not go to gym and just focus on eating, then you will surely gain weight but it would be only fat and unhealthy way of gaining weight! And yes, I have took some suppliments too, because I wanted to have a muscular body. If your aim is to just gain a normal weight and remain fit, then there is no need for these suppliments.... Apart from all this, I think everyone should go to gym if possible, as it helps us in remaining fit, healthy and gives us an attractive and good personality.....

I've worked out at a neighbors house for some years. He was nice enough to let me use his equipment. Hes a really nice guy and favorite neighbor on the block. Later i joined a gym and now i got my own workout equipment. I started pump iron when i was 15 and was also really skinny. I looked like a basketball type player. I transformed over the years and now my weight is around 265 and i'm 26 years old. My favorite exercises are the squat,super gripper hand sqeezes,and military presses.

Firstly you don't have to go to the gym to keep healthy. There are many things that you can do that keeps you healthy. I for one go to the gym. I have a back injury and since I have to have a trainer working along my side everytime I go and watching my every move well it's not fun at all and is a real pain in the butt. I go to the gym to keep my muscle up as I have lost alot of muscle. I am on complete restrictions on everything that I do. I am still working on my upper body at the moment as the doctor and my surgeon told me to stay away from lower body as it kepted getting inflammed and very painful. I go 3 times a week right now. Sometimes less but no more than 3 times as it's way to much for me.

I go to our local YMCA with my kids. My son is doing a 2008 lap challange to try to win a Nintendo Wii so I go out there and walk of the walking track with him. I love the treadmills to as they have tv's built into them.

I wish more than anything I could go to a gym! I liked it when I lived near one - but now I am not close to one
