I don't personally drink sugar water. I have however had Crystal Light, which is sugar free but has flavors to it. It is much healthier for you, and could help you lose weight. As long as you diet and exercise along with it.

Me neither. I do have a glass of Ice Tea once or so a day or gatorade.

i dont do that.. its enough that we eat many things with fats and sugars in them espcially cola and pepsi and stuff.. and water with sugar will make us gain 10 pounds a day! lol
i know howit tastes like.. but i think that normal water is great!!

Yes, but you can get sugar healthier ways other than just pouring sugar into water and drinking it I think, unless I am misunderstanding the original poster.

I don't drink sugar water at all. Why would you do such a thing? Sugar actually weakens your immune system. From what I've read, just 1 tsp. of sugar shuts down your immune system for over an hour, making your body susceptable to disease. I'm curious why you feel it's important to do this and what your source of information is.
