though i'm fat now these days, i master the real essence of beauty and fit. totally speaking, we should keep pleasurable all the time and learn to adjust ourselves mentally. what's more, it's necessary to find a right manner to relax ourselves. finally, take exercise in regular.
refer to keeping fit, a regular and healthy diet is important. as follows,there are some tips you must obey to:
tip 1: don't eat too much at one time, eat a little with high frequency instead.
tip 2: never eat much before sleep
tip 3: vegetable and fruit more, fried food less
tip 4: drink sufficient water and sleep
tip 5: take proper sports
the last point is you should be stick to it months at least, or it rebounds.
