i wish April would finally come. so i can watch this movie already! i've been waiting since last year!^__^
so this movie is topbilled by Jet Li and Jackie Chan, Jet Li would be the silent monk while Jackie Chan would be the drunken immortal. probably the most awaited movie of every martial arts fan in the world since two great martial arts experts will display their excellent kung fu skills in one action-packed movie! woohoo! they are both the good guys here but they are going to have a fight scene! yep, a fight scene between the wushu master and the freestyle master! i am so not going to get enough of that! ^__^

so the plot would be, an American young guy would stumble upon a legendary magical staff and he would be sucked into a world where monks and warlords exist. he would meet Jet, Jackie and Yefei (the orphan warrior) and together they would travel to seek the Monkey King to return the staff while fighting the evil jade warlord (Collin Chou) and the white-haired assassin (Bingbing Li). ^__^

hehe.. yeah, i know about this movie.. LAst year when, The warlords, is out, they say, Forbidden Kingdom, will be out this year.. LOL ^_^ And i cant wait for it to premiere soon.. But it's around the same time as your side, in april ^_^

i am really excited about this. i'm never going to miss this. i haven't watched the warlords! i'm waiting for it to come out in the theaters. its taking too long!

no i haven't. it hasn't been shown yet in the cinemas. i'm wondering already actually. but i can wait. if its for jet Li, i can wait forever. LOL

Oh my goodness secretbear...I'm so out of league with what's the latest movie that's going to be shown. I'm very impressed with how well you know the name of each of the characters in the movie.
The trailer alone is full of action, action and action, lol! I'm not really keen on martial arts but I never missed any of Jackie Chan and Jet Li's movie. Their martial arts stunt alone can bring the whole movie house down. Its really hot.
I am already looking forward to watching this one.

actually, i read about this movie a long time ago. during that time it was only a concept. and i started waiting then for the movie. now its only months away. i can still extend my patience. LOL i can't be late when it comes to Jet Li news. ^__^

Not a very good story for most Chinese people ,and it's so weird when three ancient Chinese hreos speaking English.
It's a good try to introduce the real Chinese martial art to the world,but for me ,the fighting between jet li and jakie chan is the only reason to waiting for.

i agree. the fight between Jet Li and Jackie Chan was the only reason to watch the movie!!! and yeah, it was weird to hear them speaking English. i would have preferred that they were speaking Chinese and there were subtitles below.

As a huge fan of both Jet Li and Jackie Chan, and for kung-fu films and Asian made films in general, I certainly cant wait for this film to be released! It has been proven that Asian films ar on par, and sometimes even better than those produced by Hollywood studios!

you're right. there are Asian movies that are really better than some Hollywood movies. I think that's why Hollywood producers are including more and more Asian stars in their films and incorporating Asian stories. they just can't help but be fascinated with the East. ^__^

har har har, this is great, cant wait to see this as well. hmm.. i wonder what will happen, it looks really interesting, knowing that its 2 huge martial artist actors will come into one movie, ill definitely watch this as soon as this movie comes out :P

And ha.. i am going mad and craze...Wooooo...., about this movie..and i cant resist the temptation.. as i am a fan of both.. Jet Li,, and Chan.. unparalled heros,and the stunts embolded with Kung Fu art is simply.. Exhilarating..

Thank you for giving us all a heads up on this one. Now I will be waiting as eagerly as you, although, in reality I will probably wait until it comes to TV to watch. Nevertheless, I am rushing right over to check out the trailer! Wahoo. I do love Jackie Chan movies. He has such a nice mischievous smile. All of his movies are wonderful.

That sounds like it will be so-o-o awesome! Almost a take off in some ways of Tolken's return of the ring only the return of the staff with Martial arts along with the magic. Hope it's all we hope it will be. But with Jet Li and Jackie Chan, it will probably be even more! Thanks for the Martial Arts Movie Alert. Take care
