What is the primary job of a super deligate

Why is it essential that we have a super delegate to reprosent the voters in the primary,if it is so nessessary to have them than why not take two democrates and 2 republicans from each state.Why can't we just use the actual popular vote of the people to dicern what two people actually go to the general electric.This question has been asked and no one seems to know the answer please repond.

Here is my take...you misread that because that should be stupid delegate. The political process is made up so that the cronies can stay in office and steal our money and at the same time make us believe we elected the right people. Politics is like trying to figure out the tax system. It makes little sense.
