There is a distinct link between fast food and obesity.Fast foods augment the threat of obesity in frequent consumers by promoting deliberate overeating.Fast food and obesity are intimately connected.Studies have revealed that fast foods are exceedingly high on the density of energy and these high density foods can instigate people to inadvertantly eat more calories than actually they require. A characteristic fast food meal contains an energy density 150% in excess in comparison to a standard conventional meal.A fast food meal possesses a great deal of more calories in contrast to the same sized portion of a nourishing meal.Fast foods also possess high quantities of Sodium, oil, refined sugar and refined flour that are of little help to the body. This amalgamation of food causes a great deal of harm to health and gives rise to obesity.Fried fast foods give rise to acidity and indigestion.Refined flour is produced by eliminating the external layer of the grain. This diminishes the nutritional value of the grains by getting rid of the fiber.Fast foods lacing in fiber causes constipation and erratic bowel habits. Studies reveal that young adults who eat regularly at fast food restaurants put on more weight in early middle age. Based on the above facts do you agree that fast food is the culprit behind obesity??? Sadanand.
