who to pay or what to offer?

i am skint but need to get debt help.
i have an overdraft of 2400 just cancelled by the bank for the end of month as i cant pay 1000 a month wages anymore.
do i pay this off with my bonus or offer to pay an
amount per month?
i am not behind with anything else but have a credit card
owing 9000 and 2000 outstanding on my timeshare on up to date monthly payments.
council tax is due 1200 for the year but payable monthly.
i could pay up council tax saving me 120 a month and pay off that on the overdraft
what's your opinion and/or a plan of action?
maybe just pay it and keep working on the others or what?

I would talk to each place that you owe money to now. Inform them that you want to pay, but don't have enough to pay the amount owed. Don't ignore any bill, as it will look like you have no intention to ever pay the bill.
