are soft drinks bad for health

like pepsi, coke and other junk drinks are they bad on our health. has anyone done some research

I haven't done any research as such but I do have a personal experience I can recount to illustrate the ill effects of soft drink, in particular coke on our health... particularly dentall health. Whilst I was pregnant I drank 4 litres of coke daily, after giving birth I would get migraines, and tooth aches so bad I'd cry for hours... After bein to the dcentist I have three thoiusand dollars worth of damage to my teeth, 14 holes, 2 that need to be pulled and a lot that are eroded and discoloured especially at the front...
