i accidentally said another guys name in bed!

It's the other way around, it's my husband who said his ex's name, which I never heard that he had an ex named --. I brought it up when in the morning, and he was laughing about it, and said he can't recall any dream if he had one. I don't think that I have ever said another woman's name, but I did do something very embarrassing to my then girlfriend once. I shared an apartment with a close male friend. I met a new girl, we fell in love and I proposed and she said yes (not all in the same day). Hurrah. Later on, we were walking to my car when my flatmate walked by. "Hey Neil" said I. "I would like you to meet...er...er" I had forgotten her name! She reminded me and away we went. Surprisingly she married me and we are still together 21 years later.
