I am a smoker and it really disturbs me that the government can take my right away to smoke in public. I believe that if cigarette smoke bother you then don't stand near those that smoke or go to a non-smoking place of business. The next thing you will know is that they will take away your freedom of choice, Oh wait they already have.

I am also a smoker and in Ireland smoking is banned in all public buildings, they have even banned it in underground parking lots. The government here are also trying to ban people from smoking in their own homes and also in their cars that kids travel in!!! I think that they are going to far on smoking bans. I think people have to stand up and say enough is enough.
