Does anybody love fresh Krispy Kreme Doughnuts?

I use to eat them, but am trying to give up donuts to get back in shape. I'm not having an easy time, as sweets are so good. Its getting easier, as there aren't any Krispy Kremes in this area and no Dunkin Donuts either.

Krispy kream Doughnuts are the last one I would chose to eat. There is nothing to them. I like a freash doughnut that has some substance. I will drive across town to have doughnut from Dunkin donuts instead. To me they are worse then white bread. I don't like white bread ether.

I have never had the chance to try one..I have heard so much about them but don't live anywhere near where they sell them. But I'll have to give them a try sometime.sounds good!

Definitely! It's wonderful when you're waiting in line and they pass out free hot Krispy Kremes. mmm mmm. I've taken my kids there a few times because it's fun to watch the donuts being made. The only drawback for me and Krispy Kremes, is for some strange reason they give me terrible heartburn. Only KK's too. Not other donut brands. Maybe it's the type of oil they use. -Tink

Oh goodness, yes. A couple years ago I was working a few days a week to help out some friends and right across the street was a KK. It was absolutely impossible to concentrate and get any work done when they put on the 'hot n now' light! The boss would go get some occasionally and leave them by the coffee pot for everyone to enjoy. Mmmmm mmm Now that I think about it, that's about the time that I started putting on weight. Hmmm
