That is very interesting. I am not very good at actually making my own sushi rolls, however that does not change the fact that I love sushi.

I had some great sushi the other day. I personally try to go at least once a week. The Fusion sushi has a very good taste to it. I love trying new things.

I love sushi too! Actually, correction: I love great sushi too. I hate when you get unfresh sushi where the avocado has gone brown and the Nori has gone stale. My favourite kind of sushi is just plain avocado rolls and also 'crab' rolls, which just have seafood extender in them (i love that stuff). My younger brother who's 10 absolutely loves sushi. He's always asking me to take him to the sushi train and I tell you, he's much more adventurous than I am when it comes to trying new foods! He'll eat the raw fish and fish eggs while I'll stick to the things I know.
I find that I really crave sushi sometimes, and even though it doesn't really fill me up that much, it just makes me feel good to eat it. It's so (usually) fresh and healthy. But my favourite part of going for sushi is getting miso soup. That stuff is the best!

I love sushi too, but it has been forever since I've had any. I had a baby girl nearly nine months ago, and doctors say you shouldn't eat raw meats while pregnant. So unfortunately it was nine months no sushi. Torture! But of course worth waiting for the safety of my daughter. Nearly seven months after her birth I ate some suchi-grade Ahi that I bought at the local market, but I still have not had any actual Sushi since before my daughter was born...18 months! This new town my husband and I moved to has absolutely no sushi restaurants so I'm going nuts. The nearest one is over an hour away and as we all know sushi is generally not cheap. Not only that but my husband hates it. What a weirdo! :)
I would love to experience different kinds of Sushi as I have only ever eaten at one restaurant in the town where I grew up. But everything was always fresh and therefore the sushi was phenomenal. I was hooked from the first time I tried it! I would love to get some friends who love it as much as I do, but all my friends around here think it's gross. I believe only my mom, dad, and mom-in-law like it. But man it is such a treat for me.
I am actually relatively bad with the names and terminology of sushi, but I do know what kind of fish I like, which is pretty much everything. I've eaten some from supermarkets which gives sushi a bad name, so can understand why some people may hate it so much. To really appreciate sushi, everything has got to be fresh. A nice atmosphere and a few freinds never hurts either!
