I was not available to go out this past few months for walking or jogging. I already gain weight and have to do some exercise even inside the house. I try to dance it help but it's not enough to trim my body some one told me to do some jumping ropes but as I observed when I done it my legs is experiencing muscle cramps so I decided to continue doing it. Is this really help me to trim down my body? Anybody there now something now about how can I trim my body even if stay home. help me......

The best way with exercise is to start off light, then increase as you build your endurance. One thing you can do to lose weight is drink water. Drink 16 ounces of ice cold water eight times a day, about an hour or two apart, and that'll burn an extra 100 calories a day. Which doesn't sound like a lot, but assuming you don't increase your caloric load (i.e. eat more), that's an extra 15 pounds a year. Plus the water will decrease your hunger pangs. Plus numerous other things that will help you to both lose weight and be healthier.

It's true. I guess it's easier to maintain your body figure than shedding off.

Yeah, water helps to burn fat...plus you need it to stay hydrated if you exercise alot.

I do both of them. Dancing and Jumping rope. At first, i only do is dancing but when i try to use jumping rope i realize that in my 1 hour of dancing will only equivalent to 10 minutes of jumping rope so now i only do is jumping rope. Sometimes I also do is jog in place. We only have small space in our house so i can only do is jog in place. I will do jogging without moving in one place.

Jumping rope is good exercise. It can reduce fat, make your body slim, and higher. i think the jumping rope is better than running, it has more effective to lose weight.
