What would you prefer?

I was thinking a lot yesterday and i wanted to know what everyone would prefer, to be rich but not happy or to be poor but happy. Please tell me your take on the issue.

I would prefer to be rich and not happy, then poor but happy. The reason is because I would never have any lack. My bills would always be paid, and I could basically do whatever I wanted.

I would prefer to be exactly the way I am if those are the only other options. I am not rich but I am not poor, either. I am able to give my daughter a nice, warm home, plenty of food, clothing as needed, etc.
