Power of your eye will increase???

If you working in the computer by seeing the monitor continuously,your eye power will increase.Is it true!.According to me its true, i also wearing glass,If i work 5-7 hour continuously ,i am getting head ache and my eyes are too much paining.I checked to one doctor he told i that!.So take care of your eyes who are working through a day.Feel free to tell your views..

It is true that continuous working in the computer for a long time may damage the eyes and also may develop migrain. Wearing glass may reduces this effect.
