A few days after my father-in-lawa's first death annevarsary my 5 year old son asked Mummy why should god creates humanbeings, allows them grow old and takes them away in death. I could not answer him for few days. One day I went to his school and I told his School Principal about his doubt. Then she said tell him ' God created Adam and Eve and they sinned by eating forbidden fruit, then they were sent to earth as a punishment and after some time God calls his children to him.' With this answer he was satisfied. Some times I will be wondering how they can have such doubts.

It is answers to questions like this that makes me question the whole religious thing. If I get cornered by an over active Christian, I ask them a question like that and the answer is always different. My argument is that I am a father and I would do anything to prevent a child of mine suffering, yet, here we have a God who lets children and adults suffer, sometimes for years and all he has(as we led to believe) is think about it and the pain and suffering can be gone, yet rarely does that happen. Christians tell me that "God is testing us" or "It's freewill" or whatever, but, I cannot accept that a loving father(in this case God) would not do anything.

Yes, you are right. I myself am having many unanswered questions about my religion. But we are made to believe in it. But by my own experience, God never allowed me suffer. He is always at my rescue. This is my belief in God.

That's a fair commemnt. I don't disbelieve, I just don't believe in what's dished out by organised religion. I think we have brains so we can think for ourselves.

It does appear to me that religion is starting to tell their patrons what to do and what to think. This is a travestry and I don't believe it would be what any God would have wanted.

There might be few souls - Souls are wanted for a body
Dear Sarajaya,I do hope children are free to ask these question even the adult may even think of. But their questions are sometimes very crucial and if not answered it properly they may get a false interpretations with that answer. Hence I feel God is full of positive ness and when negativeness comes God's well wishes do not come there it becomes a conflict. It is like this in ancient periods man has close to more positive ness. Those temples, churches are places we usually consider where God is were there is more positiveness. To be very simple brief we do not like to sleep near the waste basket or those smell which is unbearable we need a distance to avoid it. But feel close to those who love, those place were there is good smell. Like God comes so close when we have full of positiveness. Hence I feel God has made a rule as once the human may be Adam and Eve disobeyed God. This the a part of his rule to get aged and die. Even we have made rules to our childern, the world is ruled by these rules and laws. If we do not want to get aged we need moksha for that we need to purified ourselves. Our body get aged not our soul, we leave our body here and soul goes it is known in most of religious teaching as this. Hence I feel our body only get aged not our soul it goes on.
