I came across a post by Dr Robert Young. He stated that Mangosteen, Noni, Goji, Thai-Go, G3 and other fruit juices that claim to provide nutritional health benefits are harmful to our health. He mentioned that all these health beverages would have the same toxic acidic side effects as drinking an acidic alcoholic drink. Is this true?
Try to search it in google. Here's the title of his study: "Mangosteen, Noni, Goji, Thai-Go, G3 are acidic and detrimental to health"
What do you think?

Im starting to get the feeling that almost everything is bad for your health. I have a hard time believing that there exists anything that isnt bad in any way for your health. Actually i dont give a sh*t, ive heard so much of whats bad and not bad it just gives me a headache. Since i dont know what that stuff is, its pretty easy not to consume it and recieve any harmful impact on my health, not that i dont have substitutes for that.
Im thankfull my mom is damn good at stuff like this, im very bad at knowing whats healthy and not healthy.
