Shurelds was taken to the hospital in critical condition, and police allegedly found the weapon in a dishwasher at the Collegeville home where the two brawled. Ortiz faces felony assault charges and was being held on $20,000 bond. KYW reports that if Ortiz is convicted of the felony charge, he won’t be able to vote.
