Since I spend a great deal of time online I no longer subscribe to magazines. I get calls all the time about subscriptions for magazines and newspapers but I just do not have any use for them since most of the info I can find online nowadays...Do you still subscripe to magazines or newspapers??

i used to get the newspaper at one house, but when i moved i couldn't get it delivered because they were sending it to the wrong place (I had a confusing apartment that wasn't marked in a town where there were no mailboxes!)
I haven't renewed it since moving again...i don't think i have time for it and like you said i can read a lot of it online...and there's nothing worse than a newspaper stacking up!

I subscribe to one english newspapers, one tabloid, one local language paper, one weekly, one fortnightly. These newspapers and periodicals are selected on the basis of its useful contents. Besides this, the half yearly and annual bulky magazines are exchanged among the friends.

I also have the same feeling. As you said,we can read the all the news on the Internet.so I hardly subcribe papers. But usually i will feel uncormfortable about my eyes, because i am reading all the time online on the day time.and I don't would like to open the Internet again when i am off duty.so occasionally i subscribe the newspapers, such as china daily, china everning paper.and read them after my supper.
Newpapers still have their advantages.we can open them at any time.such as on the bus, train, road, even in the washing room.:)

Yea, i subscribe to Illustrated Science, i really like that magazine and think its worth subscribing on it. Yea, even if internets more convenient and has a greater access to information, i still enjoy reading a good issue of Illustrated Science. It works well if you feel you need to take a break from the computer, at least for me it does.
