Isnt it because Adam/Eve took the apple off the tree and succumbed to temptation???

People have free will and will do what they want. I know it was not a mistake of gods to give people free will, god is perfect there for could not make a mistake. God knows all before it happens. This is not something god just threw together as a last minute thing. God plans for everything. If God says to you DONT KILL and you kill you its not a suprise to God he knew you would weather he said to or not.

because some people don't believe and if so that's their choice ... everyone is different and has the right to believe what they like so, what one person may see as disobeying another will not...

How do we know God's word? There are many lying clerics out there.
